What are the amenities?Our accommodations feature air conditioning, fans, private courtyards, a refreshing pool, rooftop terrace, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and regular cleaning and gardening services.

What is the occupancy limit?Casa Ek can accommodate a maximum of three couples. We also offer a sleep sofa for two and the option of a queen-size inflatable bed for children.

Is parking available?Yes, we provide a safe parking infront of the house in a really safe area in Merida to ensure convenience and peace of mind during their stay.

What is the check-in/check-out time?Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We strive to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs when possible.

Can I make special requests?Yes, we welcome special requests. Please let us know your requirements during the reservation process, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
